The aim of this activity is to increase awareness of personal stress symptoms and to encourage regular reflection on well-being. The activity includes information about different phases of stress, a traffic light model, statements adapted for both students and teachers, and several suggestions for implementation.
The activity was first introduced to all teachers, who received instructions and also had the opportunity to try the exercise themselves.
After the introduction with staff, the activity was carried out with all students.
It is important to be well prepared before the activity in order to create clarity and a sense of safety during implementation.
Both students and teachers were positive about the activity. They felt it was important, but also challenging to carry out.
