Physical well-being

Enhancing Wellbeing in the School Context

Welcome to the Physical Track Training designed to help teachers promote wellbeing through physical activity in schools.
While wellbeing should involve the entire school system, teachers can play a key role by implementing activities that increase students’ physical wellbeing.

This programme provides tools and inspiration to design contextual interventions that encourage physical activity among children and adolescents.

Session 1
