Guidelines
Pathways to Well-being in School
Welcome to the BRIDGE project guidelines for exploring, understanding, and applying the resources developed within this Erasmus+ initiative on well-being in schools.
These guidelines are designed to help you understand the pedagogical choices made throughout the project and navigate the BRIDGE website with ease, and see the intentional structure behind the materials. At the heart of BRIDGE is a simple but powerful idea: well-being in education is not an add-on — it is an integral part of good teaching and learning.
You will find the materials organized around three core areas, each reflecting a key dimension of well-being in school life. We have also included training materials and practical activities, ready to be used, adapted, and explored in real classroom settings. Whether you are a teacher, school leader, counsellor, or education professional from anywhere in Europe, these resources are meant to be accessible, flexible, and inspiring.
BRIDGE does not prescribe one single way of doing things, instead, it offers a framework that you can tailor to your own context. Our hope is that these guidelines will support you in:
- Understanding how to use the tools and activities created in the project
- Finding your way through the website quickly and confidently
- Applying BRIDGE insights in ways that make sense for your school community
How to navigate the BRIDGE website
The BRIDGE website is designed as a practical space for teachers and school professionals who want to work actively with well-being in every-day school life. It is not only a place to read about the project, but a resource you can use when planning lessons, organising activities, or discussing well-being with colleagues.
